Pedro Cardigos is a senior counsel in the firm's Banking (including Derivatives) and Capital Markets, Corporate and M&A and Arbitration practice areas.
Pedro's practice focuses on representing investment banking firms in a wide range of capital markets transactions, derivative documentation and corporate finance.
Pedro’s activity also includes assisting debt and securities’ issues, in the area of structured finance of public and private companies, mergers and acquisitions, buy-outs and global transfer of assets and liabilities and capital restructuring.  
He has also participated in national and international arbitrations, is a Prime Finance Expert and a frequent speaker in several post-graduations courses in the areas of Financial Law and Derivatives.
