Catarina Cunha Madaleno is a Senior Associate in the Employment and Labour practice of the firm. She advises both Portuguese and international clients on the full spectrum of employment, labour and social security matters and her work includes advice on restructuring processes, business transfers, due diligence, collective bargaining, benefit plans and pension funds, disciplinary proceedings and employment litigation.
